Hey guys,

On my (quite fresh) PayPal account I go the error: "Distressing we are not able to process your request. please try again later" subsequently receiving a 3 effigy transaction (white lid).

What could I do to end this from happening? Is ownership stealth accounts an option?

I got the same error bulletin yesterday when I wanted to pay my hosting service.
Click payment link from the invoice page, redirected to Paypal login, logged in, then got that very same bulletin. I didn't know what to do and then I just went dorsum to the merchant invoice folio, click the payment link, the message gone and I can pay the invoice. I didn't know what really happen, not even sure what is the problem, only did that.

Yous were trying to withdraw from the money too fast more particularly as the account is a new one. I don't think you were banned. Information technology is merely the Paypal robot at work. What you need to do is allow the money to sit in the business relationship for 3-iv day so try to withdraw a small amount. And so give information technology some other 24 - 48 hours and a bigger corporeality (non very big). Equally the account get older and you have some transactions going on, you should be ok. You were trying to withdraw from the money too fast more than especially as the account is a new one. I don't think you were banned. It is but the Paypal robot at piece of work.
